Check if the welders have Weld certification released by an Brazilian official organization or hire local certified welders. The recomendadtion is to hire a local welder (certified). If use a foreigner welder, he will need to participate in a curse in Brazil and after the curse, do a practical exam supervised by

an local weld inspector. The test piece should be validated (visual

validation did by the weld inspector and mechanical validation did by a weld lab) to enable the welder start the job in Brazil.

4 - Qualification of welders

Assure that the welders are qualified to the job.

5 - Hi ring of a Brazilian welding

Confirm that a local (Brazilian) welding inspector or company will be hired

Receive the fasteners torque report confirming the torque value applied. All structures and key equipment fixation should be inspected.

2 - Welding inspection report

Weld inspector should be a local and certified inspector. Receive the welding quality inspection report. All structures should be inspected.

3 - Corrosion painting report

This report is required only to equipment exposed to harsh environments

4 - Elevator Belts Certificate

Present all elevators belts certificates

5 - Alignment and balancing of rotating equipment

Alignment and balancing should be done only to specific equipment like

big fans, pumps, etc. This should be done in the place where the equipment will be installed.

6 - Report with the list of technicians responsible for the electrical

installation, with certificates and NR- 10.

7 - Automation Functional Test Report in Compliance with IEC 61131 and NR12

8 - Report of non-conformities and corrections.

15 - ART Inspection

Assure the issue of the ART and confirm that the Engineer responsible for issue the ART will confirm that the installation is in accordance with the

NBRs and NRs. Issue a report confirming the compliance and the NRs

Certifications. An Inspection Engineer could not be the same Engineer that did the installation.

1 - Inspection report evaluating

compliance and adherence to NR-10 and NR-12 standards, including

functional testing of automation systems and safety equipments.

An Inspection Engineer (not the same Engineer that did the installation) will verify the installation and present the inspection report.

2 - Report with arc flash calculation

Provide Arc flash calculation for PDP, WDP, VFP and MCP electrical panels and identify them with the informations.

3 - Grounding System Compliance report

An Inspection Engineer (not the same Engineer that did the installation) will verify the installation and Present the report

4 - Certification document

Develop a data book of all devices and tooling that are important to the   line/process with all calibration report. The intention is to track all the key devices to assure that they have the documentation/certificate if a

problem happen in future. The installation company is responsible to present the list of the key devices/components that should have and present calibration certificate, etc
